Dennis Busch of Northbrook, Illinois buys one hundred and fifty dollars worth of lotto tickets from Darlene Knoblauch at an Amoco Station two miles north of the Illinois State Line along Interstate 94 in the County of Kenosha, Wisconsin July 28. Busch bought the tickets for himself and coworkers. The Lotto Powerball jackpot is a record $ 250 million dollars and the numbers will be drawn July 29.
