Fire Controller Second Class Charles Cornelison, a native of Gold Hill,
Oregon, mounts guard as the USS Constellation (CV-64) aircraft carrier
arrives for a port call in the Gulf, February 6, 2003. The USS Constellation
is part of an eight-ship flotilla operating in the Gulf in support of
Operation Southern Watch and backing up Washington's tough stance on Iraq.
