To date, 968 Americans from the Vietnam War have been identified since 1973, 684 from Vietnam, 249 from Laos, 32 from Cambodia, and 3 from China. There are 1,678 Americans still unaccounted for from the war, including 1,287 in Vietnam, Patrick Keane, Joint Prisoners of War, Missing In Action Accounting (JPAC) commander in Vietnam, told Reuters TV.
