A bowl of pho, Vietnam's signature beef noodle soup, is seen at a restaurant in Capital Garden Hotel in Hanoi March 30, 2011. The restaurant reported full bookings on weekends by people keen to eat pho made with slices of pricey Japanese Kobe beef, despite worries about traces of radioactivity found in food near Japan's damaged Fukushima nuclear power plant after the area was hit by an earthquake and tsunami. Kobe beef pho costs about 850,000 dong ($40) a bowl -- as much as 40 times the price of a standard bowl of Vietnam's de facto national dish on the streets of Hanoi.
