A woman transports water buckets filled with water for sale at Chang Son village, outside Hanoi April 19, 2012. Two thirds of the families in this village of 9000 people face water shortages and only 20 families have access to clean water from their wells, said the deputy Chairman of Chang Son village Chu The Huan. Selling it to villagers at about 150 thousand dong ($7.20) per cubic meter, a family that lives in Chang Son village has to pay about $45 to $75 per month for water, as compared to $1.50 to $2 for a family that lives in the city.
