Undated file photo of Radislav Krstic, a Bosnian Serb General arrested by NATO-led troops in Bosnia on December 2, 1998. In 1998 Krstic was indicted for War Crimes by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague in connection with the massacre of around 8,000 muslim boys and men on 11 July 1995 during the Srebrenica massacre. He was sentenced to 46 years in prison.
