Miskito residents unload food supplies November 19 provided by the World Food Organization to the thousands of Miskito indians living in Raiti Bocay, on the banks of the Coco River some 300 kms north of Managua. Entire communities were left homeless by the torrential rains of Hurricane Mitch, which left in its path some 4,000 dead in Nicaragua alone.
