The European Union trade chief Pascal Lamy arrives in Beijing March 28. Lamy was slated to begin talks in the Chinese capital on Tuesday in the third round of efforts this year to close a bilteral agreement to enable China to join the World Trade Organisation (WTO). China is upbeat on clinching a deal with the EU on Beijing's entry to the WTO, but there are limits to what it would concede in talks this week, a state newspaper said.
