IVAN JANKOVIC DEFENCE LAWYER FOR TWO CANADIANS ARRESTED IN MONTENEGRO ARRIVES AT MILITARY COURT IN BELGRADE.

Ivan Jankovic defence lawyer for Shaun Going and his nephew Liam Hal, the two Canadians who may face charges of attempted terrorism, arrives at Military Supreme Court in Belgrade August 11, 2000. Jankovic said the hearing into whether to formally charge and try the Canadians and two British policemen arrested with them, would continue on Friday with testimony from one of the soldiers who detained them. The army, which arrested the men more than a week ago in Yugoslavia's smaller, pro-Western republic Montenegro, has proposed a charge of attempted terrorism among others. All four defendants have denied all charges.
