Opposition supporters stand beside a bulldozer during a blockade over the outcome of the Yugoslav election on the main road connecting the Yugoslav capital of Belgrade and Montenegrian capital of Podgorica outside the town of Uzice October 2, 2000. A blockade and campaign of civil disobedience called by opponents of Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic got off to a slow start in Belgrade on Monday, while across Serbia protesters blocked roads, miners staged strikes and children skipped school.
