USAF F-117A Nighthawk is ready to take off from Aviano NATO air base March 24, to participate in the NATO air strikes on military targets in Kosovo. The decision for the attack was launched by NATO Secretary-General Javier Solana after President Milosevic refused to resove the Kosovo crisis.
