USAF F-117A Nighthawk takes off from Aviano NATO air base March 24 to participate in air strikes on military targets in Kosovo. The attack was launched by NATO Secretary-General Javier Solana after Yugoslav President Milosevic refused to find a peaceful solution for the Kosovo crisi.
