About 3,000 serbs rally on Paris' Human Rights square near the Eiffel Tower to protest against NATO threats to bomb Serb targets in connection with the Kosovo crisis February 20. Talks instigated by western powers to find a peaceful solution between the Serbs and the ethnic Albanians over the disputed Kosovo province are still in a deadlock in Rambouillet.
