Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic waves to supporters during his speech at the opening ceremony of a railway station in the town of Leskovac, some 250km south of Belgrade October 11. Milosevic launched a public relations offensive on Monday, denouncing his domestic foes as "bootlickers" and saying Serbia was recovering from NATO's air strikes at the speed of the missiles which destroyed it.
