Ethnic Albanian refugees return to Kosovo from Albania on a trailer June 21 along the road to Prizren town in southern Kosovo. NATO and UNHCR have urged the refugees toto wait until peacekeeping forces restore order in Kosovo, but many seem to be listening to Kosovo's provisional government, which asked the refugees to return.
