BOSNIAN SERB JELISIC APPEARS AT THE WAR CRIMES TRIBUNAL FOR THE FORMER YUGOSLAVIA IN THE HAGUE.
Bosnian Serb Goran Jelisic appears before the War Crimes Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in The Hague October 19. The court called a special session to give a judgement on the genocide charge against Jelisic. The tribunal dismissed genocide charges against Jelisic saying the prosecution case lacked substance.
